Sharepoint 2010 Ribbon Controls Disabled
Hi,
I have a SharePoint site where I have full control, still I am unable to use the ribbon controls, they are disabled.
Tried the following things:
-> Ran IE as administrator
-> Added myself as site collection administrator
-> Enabled Client Integration
But no luck!!
Can someone help me out?

Are all the ribbon controls disabled or just a few? If just a few are disabled, what are those? Did you happen to try this on a different browser? Ribbon controls use page components that leverage javascripts. Could it be that javascript
are disabled in your IE?

Disable UAC and Run your browser as administrator.
Is your CA working properly.
Thanks

Are you accessing the site from a system that has Office client installed? Which version of SharePoint site you are trying to access SP 2010 or 2013? Which version of Office client do you have installed on the system and is that 32 or 64 bit?
