Sharepoint 2010 : Searching Oracle View/Database(s). Easy Deployable

Hello, Can anyone please help me or point me in right direction on possible Sharepoint 2010 solution.

Requirements :

1) Search Oracle Database(s) - Via (Views) - Code Name ORASEA

2) A SharePoint Solution that will Search Oracle (ORASEA(s)). Different Databases(ORASEAs)  Will be presented to end used via DropDown List.

3) Search Results will be Partial Results With Few Columns initially. Column Names Can Change, depending on Database (ORASEA) we are searching.

4) User will be presented with detail Record (This detail can be Columns Coming from Different Views within a database (ORASEA).

5) PDF Download capability on both 3 & 4.

6) Audit Functionality that records user actions (This will be sharepoint content and will not sync to ORACLE). Audit Should Recorded (Account Name, Domain, Computer Name, Oracle Database (ORASEA) search performed, Records Viewed any other use ful information).

7) Rich User Experience (Can it be silverlight), Easy to use, Search Should Return Resutls very fast from ORACLE datasources.

I am quite new to sharepoint, so my solution may not be the best one, so please point me in the right Direction.

( We want Sharepoint Solution not Dot Net)

My Solution : (Remember Search Performace pivotal)

1) Visual Web Parts (I Prefer Sandbox Solution, but this may not possible and i don;t want to go down the route of proxy).

2) 3 Web Parts Solution (Search Webpart, Partial Results WebPart & Detail Webpart)

4) Web Part 1 : Search Interface & Validation of Search Entries. Connection to Oracle. Search Oracle and Finally Get the results as Datatable and Raise an Event Search Done or something similar to this.

5) Web Part 2: Partial Results Screen that will response to Event raised above in Point 4 or Web Part 1 and Grid - Renders What datatable or view thrown to it, because column names can change depending on ORASEA.

6) Web Part 3 : Detail View.  Again there should be no intelligence on this webpart except render what is thrown at it. Detail column changes depending on ORASEA.

7) PDF Download Capability (did not think this throu ) on Point 5 and 6.

8) Audit Functionality via SharePoint Special List (Schema Created for audit).

9) Storing Oracle Connection using Sharepoint SSS

10) Using AJAX for minimize page refresh between webparts.

11) Solution BDC (Avoiding WCF due to search performace we wanted).

12) Solution should be easily deployable across the farm.

Solution above may not be the right one. Can anyone of you SharePoint Experts please point me the right direction how to achieve my Requirements please.

I need fast way to search external in this ORACLE database.

Thank you very very much for all the help.

Hi NetSri.Net,

Microsoft Business Connectivity Services can connect to external data from oracle database, you can try to create a BDC model for connecting to Oracle Databases, the following articles have more information about this:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff464424.aspx
http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/uploadfile/anavijai/integrating-oracle-into-sharepoint-2010-using-business-data-connectivity-model/

Here is a video about how to connect Oracle database to SharePoint 2010& FAST search, you may get more information about this:

Hi,
additionally to the one from  Qiao Wei please take a look at this forum discussion Pull Documents From ORACLE database to SharePoint

Thank you very much for all the replies, it pointed me in right direction.

But

What i am looking for is not PullDown List. It is a sensitive data user is searching for. So i we do not want to present a pre populated list.

We have 4 Views from Oracle where we can search. I want to present user (use something Sharepoint has already) to enter search term presss submit. Then sharepoint should fire a query (or use existing search tools in Sharepoint) at the oracle views and retrive search data and present to user as list. If  user is interested in particular record, then he/she can click on record of interest to go into more details (like master detail screen).

One of the important requirement from our users is they do not want to navigate between pages. There should see everything in one page (master details).

Please help.
