I'm getting a weird behaviour after configuring Report Builder 3.0 for Sharepoint 2007 sp2. i've created two sharepoint permission groups, Group A: general user having open rights only. Group B: admin user, having open, view, delete, etc. if i open a report file using Group A account, under Action menu, i still can click on 'Open in Report Builder'.Which launched Report Builder 1.0, thereafter complain about the format of the report. If i open a report file using Group B account, and click on 'Open in Report Builder'. It launch Report Builder 3.0 and display the report content perfectly. What could the cause of Group A account, launch report builder 1.0?? i've already changed Custom Report Builder launch URL to use Report Builder 3.0 under 'Set Server defaults' of Reporting service on SharePoint 3.0 Central Admin.
