I am the System account of the sharepoint server, I am trying to add u ser to manage the shared services. I gave him permission on the current Services, but how can I give hime permissions to create Shared services? Also how to add users to the System account group?

Thank you Paradeep, from Security Configuration -> Update Farm Administrator Group But also I had to add the user on each shared service Site Acions-> Site Settings -> Site Collection Administrators in order to have access to those Shared Services. Kamal
