Sharepoint 2003 - Recurring Calendar
Hello there! I've run into a problem with a user trying to create a recurring calendar (which has worked) and having the attendees be the same attendees on every instance of the meeting. Is there a way to set it up so within each recurring calendar meeting you have the exact same attendees or do you have to create the attendees and add them individually to each meeting. I try to sync the sharepoint list to outlook and see if I could modify it from outlook and that doesn't appear to work. Thoughts? is this be design. Appreciate it, Thanks! Derek

Hi d12881, Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services permits Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 or Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 to access calendars on a server that is running Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server 2003. While you can view Windows SharePoint Services calendars in Outlook, you must create and edit the calendars directly on the Windows SharePoint Services site with your Web browser. The calendars are read-only when you view them in Outlook. For more information about How to use Windows SharePoint Services 2.0 calendars in Outlook, please refer to the following article: How to use Windows SharePoint Services calendars in Outlook http://support.microsoft.com/kb/831052/en-us Hope this is helpful to you. Thanks for the Reponse! So that answers the question about editing a sharepoint calendar from outlook. However, is it possible to added the same recurring attendees to the same recurring meetings in sharepoint or do they have to be added individually to each recurring calendar appointment? Thanks, Derek
