hi, i am running fallowing command, after that the sahrepoint database file ( .mdf file ) size is increasing. Is content in the database is getting expanded or any reason? Also, SharePoint 2007 SP2 automatically reindexes the Content Databases via a Timer job. Excessive growth could also be due to the growth of the AuditData table. To check that, make a backup of your Content db, restore it somewhere, check the size of the table, and do the same a few days later.
