Hello Community, I'm looking for some help with InfoPath and SharePoint. Right I have a form created which will pull a drop down list from a list on the server. I hope to expand functionality to pull additional information. Basically, doing data collection for applications which are housed on my network, I've created a form to allow the users to select the application from the drop down.  I would like to the form cross reference the selected application to see if it does exist in the submit library and auto populate the field with the existing data.  I can get the form to work using rules but I'm having to do a query rule for the application and a rule for each field in the form.  Is there another way to do this with less coding?
