Hello, in our organization we have recently upgraded the Standard MOSS 2007 license to Enterprise one for the extra features. Now even the farm admin account lost the ability to add/modify anything within our intranet webapp, every site within it, seems to be read only. Checked the SQL database, to see if it got switched to ReadOnly mode, but its not. If i create a brand new webapp then everything works, i can modify and add sites and lists. Any idea what could have gone wrong ? Cheers

What is the error you are getting? have you tried STSADM -getsitelock operation to verify ? If not then execute it and then set it to none. I hope this will help you out.Thanks, Rahul Rashu
