Share a pst file

Hello,

I have outlook 2010 on 2 computers at home and at the office. No exchange. Both are using the same profile. I keep messages on the server at the office and download them at home so I have identical 'Inbox' on the two computers. Sent messages are only in the computer that sent them.

Is there a way that I can see sent items on both computers?

Thanks, Mickey

You apparently have your email account configured as POP/SMTP with the option "leave messages on server" checked at the office. Unfortunately, POP accounts only download items in the <Inbox>.

If you configure the email account as IMAP on both your computers (home & office) - they will always reflect the same data that exists on the server including <Sent> items which would be true of any device configured to use this email account as IMAP.
