SharePoint customization

Hi

I run SharePoint online in Office 365 (E3). I make small branding and everything works perfect. Now I am looking for page styling. I found at http://www.topsharepoint.com/jll-chicago customization of Jones Lang LaSalle. You can see it here http://www.us.jll.com/united-states/en-us

I guess that it has been done in SharePoint on premise. So here is my question. Is it possible to make something similar in Office 365 publishing site? I am interested in central part of this site. There's: image, title and two sentences. And one you click on it you will be transferred to original page. I was trying to use Content Query Web Part, but it doesn't work for me... Any suggestions?

From your description, you want to custom your SharePoint site page.

To achieve your requirement, you need to create master page and page layout.
