Hi Team, Currently what we are doing is: 1) User raise a ticket via email. 2) We reply the user on mail. Copy the issue details to our sharepoint list. We need a Support Case Application for the Business Support team but I don’t want the team to have to double handle requests. The users will submit their issues via email and the team will reply via email . We don’t want the team to have to copy these details to SharePoint just to log them in a case system(Sharepoint List). I am looking for a solution that is integrated. Can you tell me if this is possible with SharePoint and Microsoft Outlook? Do we have something that allow us to put data into sharepoint list automaticaly from email?manoj.verma
