We're migrating our internal processes to SharePoint and we have a challenge for a filling forms which have columns with multiple file upload same of schema below:

Sender Name

Sender Email

Sender Picture (File Upload)

Sender Document Scan ( Multiple File Upload)

Reciever Name

Reciever Email

Reciever Picture (File Upload)

other processes and forms same above containing multiple fields that should be mapped to specific fields

Any idea how SharePoint handling such scenarios
