I have a requirement to create SharePoint 2010/2013 Application for PDA device and scan products using barcode reader/scanner.

Can some one please guide me like

1. how to configure SharePoint 2010/2013 with PDA?
2. How the application works?

Configure SharePoint 2010/2013 as per the Microsoft recommendations. Nothing new to be done in configuration for PDA devices.

You can check the following app for SharePoint 2013 which is used for Scanning barcode and images and the apps needs to be added/installed on SharePoint site. PFA link for reference.
