SharePoint alert issue
Hi,I have a problem with e-mail alerts within a recently set up site for International Users in our Company. The users in the site collection are in our active directory and you can see the users E-mail address within SharePoint so it does seem to have the information it needs, and when you set up an alert as anyone of the International users you get a succesful set up message on the page itself but no E-mail confirmation. What is troubling though is it will e-mail the users we have here in the UK when SharePoint mails them.Any pointers or suggestions are much appreciated.

Hi,What about SMTP configuration? did you adjust relaying with SMTP serivce?-Best Regrads, Ahmed Madany

Please check the Post below and discuss with your messaging person about it.
