SharePoint Web Application keeps prompting users for authentication, even with the right credentials (IIS?/Browser related?)

I have been having issues with TMG, so i started using windows authentication instead.

Users are noticing that on some browsers, safari (mac/iphone more specifically) isn't working. Meaning, when they try to access the site, they are prompted with authentication (this is normal), and with the correct credentials, the authentication keeps prompting.

Why is this happening? Not sure if its IIS related/ Browser related. With chrome/IE, access is fine.

Any insight we be greatly appreciated.

HI,Please add the site in the local intranet zone in IE.Disable the loop back check to stop the site asking credentials frequently.please check the link below that explains more in detail.
