On setting up the SAML authentication  with Trusted ADFS 

Run this command on SP powershell  -> Get-SPTrustedIdentityTokenIssuer "Name"

This gives information about TIP and the sign out Uri parameter cannot be assigned.

ProviderSignOutUri is missing in one of the environment, not sure any hot fixes and GAC missing.

Missing environment Setup:

SharePoint SP1 Farm (2 WFEs and 2 App servers) - on Windows 2008R2 servers,

ADFS 3.0 and WAP  - win 2012R2 servers 

Here the ProviderSignOutUri is missing for the TIP and the SAML signout is not working.

Other environment Setup with parameter,

SharePoint SP1 (single box Farm), ADFS, WAP -  Windows 2012 R2 hosted on Azure.

The parameter is available and is working here.

Thanks for your information, may I know if there are any timelines on this ?

or if there is a solution to resolve this ? 

Because on our test Farm this is available and when we are preparing to go live, this appeared to be strange.
