SharePoint Survey
I am an adminstrator on a SharePoint with a survey. I am tring to look at all the responses to the survey but only see my own. I have tried export to Excel but the same results. My permission is set to full control and the I set the Read access and Edit access to All responses. This did not help. I am using SharePoint 2007. What do I have to change to see all the responses?

HI, Did you check the View? Click on Show all responses-->Click "Edit Page" from site action--->Click "Modify Shared Webpart" from edit menu--->Click on "Edit Current View" link-->Check if there is any filter set for this list. All the dropdown should be NONE in filter section. Let us know your resultCheers, Hemendra-MCTS "Yesterday is just a memory,Tomorrow we may never see"

Go to the survey, click setting -> survey settings. Then under the general settings tab select the link for advanced settings. In the menu there will be an option Read Access: under there select all responses. If you do not have the required permission to change this then contact your support team and ask them to follow those steps. Thanks, Dustin

Thank you, but that did not help. One of the SharePoint support team in company showed me the problem. If the survey is not finished it only shows in the count, not in the responses.

If your survey is not completed then no body will be able to see this in show all responses except creator. You must complete the the survey response to view it.Cheers, Hemendra-MCTS "Yesterday is just a memory,Tomorrow we may never see"
