We are in process of migrating SharePoint 2010 from one environment to another. Can the same SP licenses be used for migration?

The existing SP will be uninstalled once the migration is completed to new environment.

License will be specific to SharePoint 2010 only. Once you migrate and Uninstall , u cannot use the old license.
