I will be working on preparing a complete SharePoint FARM Governance Operating Model guide. The guide should provide governance considering all elements of SharePoint platform. This governance operating model will guide, direct and control how SharePoint capabilities are planned, deployed and supported to accomplish business objectives

I want to know if anybody has any information or worked on such guide.
