Please can someone help?

Our Send An Email Action on SPD 2013 stopped working working after applying SP1. All other forms of sending emails such Approval Task, Assign a-to-do-item Processes are working.

From your description, After install sp1 for SharePoint 2013, SharePoint Designer 2013: Send an Email Action is not working.

For your issue, Try to do the following: 

1. make sure the FIM services are running fine along with the Service bus service.
2. Check the permission of the user that start the workflow, for sending email it should have Edit permission in the site. make sure the user have valid email address.
3. Don't run the workflow under system account, running the workflow under other accounts and compare the results.
4. What is the version of your Workflow Manager? You can update Workflow Manager to cu1 and update your SharePoint 2013 to the may 2015 cu.

Many thanks for the reply. The email is now sending only to a few users, I have removed and re-added the affected users account without success.
