SharePoint ADA: ONMOUSEOUT w/equiv ONBLUR handler and ONMOUSEOVER w/equiv ONFOCUS handler (Network Steve Forum)

SharePoint ADA: ONMOUSEOUT w/equiv ONBLUR handler and ONMOUSEOVER w/equiv ONFOCUS handler

So for compliance one of the errors that I am seeing across the site (so frustrating) is:

ONMOUSEOUT handlers should have an equivalent ONBLUR handler and ONMOUSEOVER should have an equivalent ONFOCUS handler

So with jQuery (saving the day with ADA so far / like stripping out all the 'inline css' bleh!) - is there a way to globally fix this in SP?

I tried doing some research and will continue to look but coming up short. Any direction would be appreciated!

I am starting to give up hope that SP2010 can truly be 100% on validators I have tried. :(
