I am starting to work on a new workflow 2013. Due to that fact, I have the following questions to ask:

1. I would like to know how to create the entire workflow in Visual Studio.net 2012? Can you show me how to set this up?

2. Can I add a stage and/or step created by Visual Studio.net 2012 into an existing workflow 2013 that was created by SharePoint Designer 2013? If this is possible, would you tell me how to set this up? Also would you let me know if this not possible?
