I recently installed SharePoint 2013 and everything is okay except for the profile pictures. In 2010 I just used Update-SPProfilePhotoStore in PS and everything was fine but now when I try the same thing I get an error message saying "Update-SPProfilePhotoStore : UserProfileApplicationNotAvailableException_Logging :: UserProfileApplicationProxy.ApplicationProperties ProfilePropertyCache does not have f276e0a9-6a20-40c6-a58a-153602f9b44d" Any ideas?
