Require SharePoint 2013 and Project Server 2013 software be installed on drive "D" verses "C". How do I modify the install wizard to install this application to "D" drove on Windows 2012 R2 server?

this is neither necessary, nor generally recommended... but the install wizard asks you where to put the files when you install SP.

In the first steps of installation, you will see something like this, where you can change the location
