SharePoint 2013 data refresh problem in Excel Service

Hello Experts ,

I created excel report from the SharePoint 2013 document library.

I created data connection library and report library on my SharePoint site.

I uploaded data connection file to the data connection library and generate excel report by using this connection file.

I uploaded this excel sheet to the Report Library.

When i click on the excel sheet from the Report Library the data is showing in to xlviewer.aspx page.

I am facing the problem regarding the data refresh.when new record is added to document library it is not updating in the excel sheet when it is open from the xlviewer.aspx page.but same if i open using Microsoft excel then the data is refreshed because i have set the refresh settings.

I also tried by selecting "Refresh All Connection" option in xlviewer.aspx but data is not refreshed , i am not receiving any error also.

In both the case i am using the administrator account.

Has someone faced this type of issues before?

Any help would be appreciated...

You need to make appropriate configuration changes to SharePoint in order to be able to refresh data in excel services

I am logged in with the administrator only , and i also configured as mentioned the link given by you.

But still not success.
