WoWorkflow Scenario:

I have contribute permissions on site A, B and C and post a document on Site A, which is open to  all the users that have access to site A .

-          I would like to manually initiate the workflow to copy a file on Site A to copy/duplicate/mirror itself on Site B, C

-          All users who have permission for B, C and D can access through those sites. They can not modify (or even if the modify it will be overwritten)

-          When the original document is modified on "Site A, it will be automatically refreshed on Site B, C, D.

Is it it possible through SharePoint Designer Workflows? Please help!
