Hello Friends, 

I'm working on a User Profile Issue and come across a very unusual issue. The destination domain, has opened port 53 and 389 to resolve the LDAP and DNS queries. With this configuration, I can even run ldp.exe and LDAPCP (codeplex). However, when I configuration the UPS Connection to this domain, the OUs get populated but gives me strange error : "Unable to process Create message". The reason I say strange is because I've tried all the troubleshooting steps mentioned in some of the articles and blogs. Nothing seems to work. Any idea how I can troubleshoot this issue?

"Unable to process Create message" is a general error, Here are some articles with this error message, please check if you have read them(e.g. may delete and re-create user profile service application).

Also please check ULS log and Event Viewer for more related uesful error messages for help troubleshoot the issue.
