and also I have downloaded the above and trying to install on Windows Server 202 R2 . I m getting application server web server configuration error while running pre requisites. whether it is application feature issue or SP1 ISSUE, not sure..

Yes, it is a Slipstream version of SharePoint 2013 including SP1.You can download SharePoint Server 2013 SP1 from the Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN), the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC), and the Microsoft Partner Network (MPN).

Yes, it is not available. SharePoint Server 2013 with SP1 is available on VLSC, MSDN and MPN.
Please login to one of these portals (depending on your license) and you will quickly find the bit.
