What is the best way to create an automatically revolving picture slide show in SharePoint 2013?

I tried a picture library webpart with the "Slide" view, but I could not find an option to make it slide automatically. One has to click the next and previous icons to see next / previous picture.

  To create a similar, automatic slide presentation on a page, you can insert the Picture Library Slideshow Web Part, which lets you control the duration of picture display, whether to display pictures in random or sequential order, and how to display certain picture properties.

The web part you need to use is Picture Library Slide Show Web part which is available in SharePoint site. If you want to add it on your website and you cant find the option to add then you can download/export  it from your root site collection and import it on your public website. When you will click the edit web part option then there is a option called duration to show Picture...add your time in there eg. 4 seconds and make sure you select the picture library below this option so that your pictures would show up in the webpart...I have tried this on my box and it works..If you have any more queries then post here...I am available 24*7 for your help !

Thanks all for your answers. I can't find Picture Library SlideShow webpart under Media and Content category in my public website.

I do see this webpart under root site collection. How do I make it appear in my public website?

Got it. Webpart is called MSPictureLibrarySlideshow.webpart  - can be found under root collection's Web Designer Galleries, Web Parts - in case anyone else needs this.

Click on edit webpart and click export button and save on desktop. On public site, edit page, insert web part, upload webpart. and upload from desktop.
