Hi Friends,

We have configured my SharePoint 2013 record centers to archive the documents. We have done the configuration successfully and our records are getting sent to Record library too but we are observing a 3 Hrs difference for all the documents in record center.

Each document moved in record center showing 3 hrs difference between 'Created at' and 'Last modified at'. 

Do anyone have clue about this difference and where it is coming from.

Have those documents been declared as records in Record Library after they were moved to the Record Library?

If yes, I recommend to check the document properties once the document is moved to the Record Library to see if there any difference between Created and Last Modified.

If not, the file may be modified by some users or workflows.

Please check if any users or workflows have edited the documents.

We are not declaring it as record in 'record center' ,We are declaring record from our collaboration site and we are using information management policies to move the document from collaboration site to record center.

In record library it will be automatically declared as record.

What the two dates shows once the document is moved to the record library?

Please check if there any event receivers or other custom code to modify the documents in record library.

Per my test, the Modified date and Created date are the same date.

To narrow down the issue scope, please test with a new record center.
