We are having an issue with IE10 and the people picker modal window. In IE 11 or Firefox or Chrome, it's fine. The window appears fine, but the list is severely truncated visually. You can scroll through the names in the picker list. However, you can't even see one full line.

Compatibility modes do not help. If there is additional information anyone would like, just let me know. Thanks!

Lisa, the People Picker is set to automatically populate with a list within SharePoint. I am uploading the images onto my OneDrive. You should be able to view them here at https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=6981269499F2DBE9!4943&authkey=!AFsqf8SqT_dQKY4&ithint=folder%2cpng.

The exact same window accessed from the exact same place is pictured in all the images. I have tried it with IE 10, IE 11, Firefox and Chrome, as noted in the file names.

I can't reproduce your issue in my environment.

To determine whether the issue is related to the People Picker Modal Window, I want to know that have you added some patches into your SharePoint? Or have you custom the People Picker Modal Window?

To determine whether the issue is related to your internet IE 10, I suggest you open the People Picker Modal Window in IE 10 of another client and compare the results.

Besides, check whether it is fine with IE8, IE9, if it is, you can use IE 8, IE9 to open you SharePoint site.

As the People Picker Modal Window looks fine in IE11, you can also use IE11.
