How can i make two way AD Synchronization between AD and SharePoint 2010?
You would need to set up the User Profile Sync Service. For more details, see https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee721049.aspx.
Note that each individual property can only sync one way. If you need two-way synchronization of a single property, you will need to leverage Forefront Identity Manager with the SharePoint Connector, but that is a complex setup and only officially supported with SharePoint 2013.

Thanks again..
I, and i think many others, consider that article to be the definitive source on UPS configuration. If Technet says one thing and Spence says another thing I follow Spence. If you follow that guide you will be fine.
I thought it was also included in SP2010 SP2 as well? I haven't seen it written down anywhere but I believe that the word was that it was going to come to 2010 with the SP.Two-way sync for a particular property is not available. If this is required, you must use FIM.
Trevor,
Can we make two way AD Synchronization between AD and SharePoint 2013 on premises?
Thanks again...
