Starting from Monday this week, the SharePoint Server is not handling request, and returns Timeout error for almost all database operations after 9PM. It is difficult to determine the issue, because the SharePoint is working stable and without issues before 9PM, but after it starts throwing timeout errors. There is no much information in the sharepoint logs. What are the possible ways to monitor performance and figure out what went wrong at that time? This issue is blocking clients to work with the system at the evening. Any help is much appreciated.

Hello Sem, 

Could you check the database server activities after 9 PM? May be there is some resource intense job/process running on database server. In that case, SharePoint would give timeout errors.
