Hi, one specific location users facing Multiple Authentication prompts for SharePoint 2010 sites and then blank screen coming. Actually 2 days back Network team changed the router for that location and then prompt issue started and before changing router there were no issue.

And on other locations there is no issue for authentication prompt and users can access site without any issue.

I tried to add site in Security Zone but still same issue.
