Hi, I have MOSS 2007 and I deployed PerformancePoint 2007 dashboard to SharePoint document library (web parts). I would like to implement web part authorisation by target audiences. I followed below weblink as guide but I would like to know... - I am adminsitrator at site level but not on SharePoint central site. Do I need SharePoint central site administration access rights to do target audience webpart security?
