Hi, I have MOSS 2007 and I deployed PerformancePoint 2007 dashboard to SharePoint document library (web parts). I would like to implement web part authorisation by target audiences. I followed below weblink as guide but I would like to know... - I am adminsitrator at site level but not on SharePoint central site. Do I need SharePoint central site administration access rights to do target audience webpart security? They are best thought of as filters that hide something from everyone but the audience. Hiding a web part for a list does not hide the list. If the non-audience member discovers a direct URL to the content, and they have rights to the content, they will still see it. > am adminsitrator at site level but not on SharePoint central site.
