SharePoint 2007, top link bar not displaying on default.aspx(site definition).  Does display on all other pages.
Hi All, I have SharePoint 2007. I am on a sub-site (A). When on Sub-site A the top link bar does not appear on the default.aspx page. (I have reverted the page to site definition and it still does not display.) All other pages in the site show the top link bar. I have created a second sub-site (B). When on the default.aspx page (and all other pages) of B the top link bar does show. As an experiment I have copied the default.aspx page from B to A, and the top link bar does not show. I have switched on the publishing features, in the Site Collection, and the toplink bar is updated on all pages in Site A EXCEPT the default.aspx. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this. All of these sites/pages are using the same masterpage. Thank you Catharine

Hello, Go to Site Actions -> Site Settings > Top Link Bar (Alternatively you can go by modifying URL to /Sub-siteA/_layouts/topnav.aspx Either Click on Use Links from Parent or add New Link to display in top link bar. Hope this helps, Regards, Rohan --Please mark as "Answer" if the post resolve your issue--
