Running SP/EX 2013 - up-to-date....

Currently my personal tasks from my MySite web application are able to sync (even though I get an error). 

Any tasks from my site collection do not sync, and I receive the same error. In Windows the error says Claims Based Authentication error. Not much detail except to enable SDK debugging. 

I setup the EnterpisePartnerApplication to my root site collection...not my MySite collection. Mysite works and the root collection does not. I am positive I entered the correct url. 

Also, can you enable multiple web applications as partner applications on Exchange? I keep getting an error... "Found existing Partner Application with duplicate properties.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
