Hi guys,

I'm using Windows 10 for a couple of months already. had all the updates till the RTM

after having some small issues I decided to format and reinstall every thing.

first I started with a Local account and then I added my Microsoft Account identity to the same account.

for some unknown reason - no settings came back.

Background, Language settings, Apps, Favorites, Wireless networks etc.

I didn't even back it up because I did the same steps already both in Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 and everything came back smoothly.

in "Sync your settings" everything is marked :/. I only care about the favorites as I didn't make any backup.

what did I do wrong? is there a way to revert or restore the settings in the cloud? how can I access it?

I'm afraid that now everything is deleted and started from scratch

How about your problem now? Generally speaking, this can be network problem, you may need to wait for a while.

If problem persists, try to remove current Microsoft Account, and add a new Microsoft instead of attach it to current account for test.
