Setting reference attribute Group Owner
Hello I spent hours without finding an adequate solution regarding the following issue: I import different groups to FIM from a csv file. The "owner" is the short name from a user already present in the MV. Because references cannot be changed by an inbound rule extension I created an additional column named "csv_owner" (String). Next step: feeding the Group Owner reference attribute with the respective owner (stored in the column csv_owner). The question is simple: HOW? I have absolutely no clou how to do it. Thanks for your advise! Regards REE

You need to include the users in your CSV file, and "csv_owner" should be a reference to the anchor of the user. You need to set "csv_owner" as a reference attribute. For example: key, groupname, csv_owner grp1, group 1, user1 grp2, group 2, user1 grp2, group 3, user2 user1, xxx, xxx user2, xxx, xxx The users will need to join to the Metaverse objects for references to flow into the Metaverse on the group objects.

That's the problem. The User comes from the HR System and is already present in the Metaverse. There's no possibility to store user information in the CSV file. If i set the "Owner" column as a reference to "Owner" in the MV (which is a reference), nothing is beeing provisioned from csv=>mv. Therefore I created an additional String-attribute "CSV_Owner" in the Metaverse.
