Setting page viewer web part height to 100%
Hi,Can we set the height of the page viewer web part to 100%? We can only seem to be able to set a fixed height, but is it possible to tell the web part to take full page height? The problem I'm having is that I would like to integrate an external web site into my Sharepoint site by using the page viewer web part, but when I do not specify any fixed height, it won't show all of my page, even tough the content of the page viewer web part is bigger than the sharepoint page itself... The web page I would like to integrate is at least 700 pixels high (but could be more since it allows user for searches through the web app, so it can grow to thousands of pixels) but if I do not specify any height, the web part is approximaltvely 200 pixels high, which shows a little bit more than the top banner of the external site... I can set the web part height to 700 pixels and then, usersmight have toscroll down (depending on their screen resolution)using the browser's scroll bar to access the lower part of the page, which is ok, but when users do a search (and the page height grows to more than 700 pixels), then they have two scroll bars to use to scroll down to the end of the search result list (they first have to scroll down using the web part scroll bar, and then scroll using the browser scroll bar), which is very annoying... Is there a way to have only one scroll bar, either way by:telling the web part to take 100% height, so the web part will always be contained within the sharepoint page height limit regardless of the screen resolution and the web browser scroll bar will never show uportelling the web part to take whatever height it needs to showthewhole external page (so the web part scroll bar never shows up)? Thanks for the help!Philippe Robert - Belron international

It is a common complaint I hear with the Page Viewer Web Part. I typically set the size of the screen to take up all available space on a 1280x1024 monitor taking the top and side space into account. Where possible I then size the referenced content accordingly. Sometimes there is still unwanted scrolling.SharePoint Developer | Administrator | Evangelist -- Twitter -- Blog - http://nextconnect.blogspot.com

I used Content Editor Web Part to resolve this issues with the help of Java Script. Go here to find the steps and Code; http://virtualizesharepoint.com/2011/05/05/resize-sharepoint-20072010-pageviewer-webpart-height/Aryan Nava SharePoint tips blog: http://virtualizesharepoint.com
