I have a list in Sharepoint 2010 that I use to organize maintenance contract and company licenes renewals. I have a field in the list which identifies when each maintenance contact is due for renewal. Is there a way within sharepoint that I can schedule an email alert to send an email to a specified user x days (example 30 days) before the renewal? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
