Hey all,

How do I set the Yammer button in the top navigation bar of a SharePoint 2013 Team Site to point to a custom URL?

Current (Default) implementation of the Yammer link (Yammer is Activated of course):

Goes to the ...my/_layouts/15/Yammer.aspx page, and upon confirmation you get redirected to Yammer.com

(If you had earlier checked "Dont show this message again", you will be taken directly to yammer.com)

Requirement

On clicking the Yammer link, user should be taken to Yammer.com/<my company page>

(With or without taking the user to ..my/_layouts/15/Yammer.aspx)

Is there anyway I can achieve this via Farm Configuration?

The redirection is required to make sure that the user is authenticated to yammer.  So there is no way that I know of to change the address the default button goes to.
