first things first what is the hardware specs for the pc in which you are running the VS ? it might be due to overloaded databases also, temporary files not cleaned up... can you be more precise if your server was running fine befoer or not ?

hi Talhak The 'main' server runs normaly. only the VM run in poor performace. The virtual machine server runs with windows server 2008 and 1 GB ram.
