Khari There shouldn't be any problem. However after installation, you will have two versions SQL library on the server. For example, sqlcmd.exe will have 2005 and 2008 version, you need make sure your old applications still using the right version sqlcmd.exe to connect to MSSQL2008.If you think my suggestion is useful, please rate it as helpful.
