Series label properties - Format Issues
Having utilised Report Builder to generate a Graph, I am unable to format the Series Label Data to anything other than Currency. I have formatted the figures as Percentage which works to a degree, but I can't change the decimal places or reduce them to zero. When manually changing the Label Data/Format Strings to anything other than the default, it reverts back to currency. Can anyone let me know whether this is a bug or is it something obvious that I've missed. Just before anyone asks, Yes I have changed the format of the underlying data to various things i.e. Decimal, Integer etc. Regards

Are you still seeing the issue in the Feb 2008 CTP? If so, can you provide us with specific repro steps? Thanks, Sean

I'm seeing a similar issue. I'm trying to change the Series Label properties, I want the percentage numbers not to include any decimal places. When I type 0 in the decimal places textbox, the setting doesn't take and when I open the properties window it's automatically set back to 2 decimal places. Is this a bug? Report Designer 2.0 / SQL 2008Thanks!

It is actually a bug, Ifound the following:https://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/feedback/ViewFeedback.aspx?FeedbackID=387056I was able to make it work based on the proposed workaround.

Hello, I have the same issue : a pie chart, I set #PERCENT on the series label and want the percentage without decimal. The format properties don't work. I see no workaround in the previous link. I'm running the latest version of SQL Server (2008 R2). Any idea ?

Same problem. Have numbers on the series data labels that will not show as a number with 0 decimals, and commas for 1000's separator. I went to the link above and no workaround was given. I am in SSRS 2008. ??
