Series group for only secondary axis
Nopes, the reason is because you have mistyped the name of the Category group. Right click on Cat and look at the group properties. Then copy the group name (it would be Category_Group1 or something like that by default) and then paste it instead of Cat in step 3. It is case sensitive also, so it is better to copy paste.Cheers, Jason P.S. : Please click the 'Mark as Answer' button if a post solves your problem! :)

Go to this post http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sqlreportingservices/thread/2a772afd-49df-4cd9-8983-1277d4d82902 - Cat column is like your date - Stacked column is your media - M1 is your activity count Now another difference is that instead of making M1 as a column chart, make it as a line chart. I think you will get your result. You will not have 2 axis, but it is not required as your measure is the same. You can make 2 axes if you want also.Cheers, Jason P.S. : Please click the 'Mark as Answer' button if a post solves your problem! :)

Right click on the measure and then go the properties. Go to the legend tab and select - Dont show legend for this series. Forgot the exact wordings but this is the way :)Cheers, Jason P.S. : Please click the 'Mark as Answer' button if a post solves your problem! :)

Hello, I have a table with Date, Media and Activity Count. I want to plot a graph such that: a. Column graph with X-axis is date and series= sum of total activitycount b. On the same chart, have a secondary axis as a Line chart which will also tell you the activity count, but this time it is grouped by Media. To summarize, i am looking at the total activity count on column graph and the line graph ( with a different line for each media)shows the activity count for each media. If i add a series group, it groups my column graph too. I don't want to do this, i only want to group the line chart. Is this possible? Thanks.
