Send e-mail notification when OK/Healthy
Hi, I would like to recive a e-mail notification when a Alert changes from Alert/warning state to OK/Healthy state. How do I configure that in Scom 2012? Thanks in advance. Lasse

Hi, You need to select the 'Closed' alert resolution state in the Subscription wizard.http://OpsMgr.ru/

Hi Alexey, That looks like it works, but can I customize the E-Mail it sends me? I would like the Subject line to say "OK Server01 Heartbeat failure", or something like that. /Lasse

Sadly not - the information in the notifications is set at the Channel level. So although you can use placeholders, you can't have different notification formats for the new and then closed alert, at least without creating seperate channels per resolution state (and potentially per alert). Not sure that is administratively scalable. As Graham said there is only one option to customize that: separate channel for that. We're using a separate channels (defined for a different alert importance as it needs a different formatting) and there is nothing wrong with that, you need only to plan this carefully.http://OpsMgr.ru/
