Seems that Interactive Sorting doesn't work with Dril down report
Hi All, It seems that we can’t associate interactive sorting with drill down reports in SQL Server 2005 reporting services. Though sorting works in this case but because of re-rendering of the report, (+/-) labeled column get collapsed. So it doesn’t display sorted data. I have done a lot of research on google and haven't found any suitable result for it. http://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/feedback/details/294874/reporting-service-how-to-avoid-collapse-when-sorting Please suggest me for it. Hi Saurabh Kumar Singh, Based on your description, your confusion here with the drill down report is that, every time you click interactive sorting icon, the details will be hide. That is because every time we click the icon to rearrange on details or group, the report will be re-loaded. And as we know, in a drill-down report, we usually set the visibility of detail rows as hide when the report is initially run. So if you want to the detail rows displayed every time rearranging the order, you can configure the visibility as Show when the report is initially run.
