This forum is for Exchange development questions. Your question is more of a migration/administration question, so I will move it to the Exchange forums on TechNet. Please keep posts to this forum on-topic.

You mean "Hybrid"?  It took me about five minutes to understand that's what you meant.

You'd first have to move the mailboxes back to on-premises Exchange.  You'll need to make sure that all mail flow and client access is going through on-premises Exchange and everything is removed from the cloud that you need.  Then you can remove the hybrid configuration, but unfortunately there is no PowerShell cmdlet for that, you have to do it from ADSI Edit or the like.

It's not real difficult, but there are things you probably ought to be looking for, and the process is not well documented, so consider hiring a consultant who's experienced with Office 365 hybrid configurations to reduce the risk of screwing everything up.

Hi,

As what Ed said, we can move the mailboxes back to your On-premises Exchange server and change Mail Exchange (MX) records to set the mail flow back to Exchange 2013.

Additionally, before you decommission Office 365, please confirm whether you are still using Lync Online, SharePoint, Yammer or other Office 365 and Azure Active Directory-integrated services you probably won't want to make any further changes, apart from perhaps changes to inbound mail routing. If you're using one of the Exchange Online only plans for your users, then you're more than likely safe to proceed as these plans do not include any services apart from Exchange. Here is an reference about decommissioning Office 365 tenant:

There's no reason for separate MX records for the same domain to both Office 365 and to your on-premises server.  You should one pointed to Office 365.

I still don't know what you mean by "tape".

Change your MX record to point only to your Exchange server.  Change your Internet send connector to use Internet DNS or use a smart host as appropriate for your own situation.

The MX record is in DNS, not Exchange, so you must change it using the tools provided by your DNS hoster.

Your Exchange server is connected to the Internet and has an IP address, correct?  Then you need an A record for webmail.immdf.org pointing to that IP address.  Then you need an A record for autodiscover.immdf.org pointing to that IP address.  You should also change your SPF record so that it applies to your new outgoing mail server, please search for how to configure SPF records for more information on how to do that.
